Symphony CRM

Symphony CRM is a ground-breaking new Loyalty system designed and developed by MCR Systems providing real-time point’s collection and redemption.

For speed at the point of sale, Symphony CRM uses Contactless Smart Cards so the customer simply has to tap his/her card against the Card Reader. This means that by gaining the benefit of the Loyalty system you are not jeopardising the speed at the Till, which is often the case with other Loyalty systems that use a Magnetic Stripe Card.

Card registration is easy via the Customer management web site and Loyalty Card holders can track their own spend and points allocation.

Collection and Redemption of Points

  • The customer can obtain a loyalty card from a variety of places and can start collecting points immediately
  • Present the card at any outlet for any transaction to accrue points based on that transaction
  • The number of points for a given transaction is determined by the Loyalty Rules Engine.
  • Different goods may attract more/less points (e.g. “Healthy” goods attract more. Cigarettes = zero)
  • Once a card has been registered, the customer can start to redeem points against rewards through various means
