Training

Training is a key factor in ensuring that you get the most out of your EPOS system and should not be an area for taking shortcuts. Staff should be confident in using a new system, how it operates and what the benefits are, and with the right training this confidence can be achieved and the staff will contribute to the success of the system.

Training is an essential and imperative part of any IT project, with the success of the project depending upon high quality and focused training courses. MCR Systems specialises in bespoke training courses specifically designed around the customer’s requirements.  No two training courses are the same!  The Business Consultant will analyse your specific training needs during the project initialisation meeting and this information will be handed over to a trainer who will design the course based upon these requirements. Training notes will be specifically designed and based upon the user’s knowledge of IT and control systems. Following all training sessions, documentation is provided. Furthermore all trainees will sign an attendance form and complete a short test to establish understanding. This ensures that the training has been understood and users are competent.

MCR Systems have their own training centre in Leicester which can be utilised for our clients who prefer the training to be conducted off site with no interruptions.
