For a Pub Group operator MCR Systems offer a flexible solution that will allow you to manage your estate centrally in terms of controlling products, prices and screen layouts through Symphony Enterprise or if you prefer you can assign security at site level for certain functions. Real time sales reports are available at site, at Head Office and to Regional Managers through our Symphony Reporting software with each user able to configure their own Digital Dashboard displaying their pre-defined KPI’s.

A key feature of the EPOS systems that we supply to pubs and bars is the robustness of the POS terminals and their embedded software. For speed of use, several of our customers have chosen to use magnetic key fobs for staff to log on to the Tills, it also allows the staff to operate the Tills concurrently using the Clerk Interrupt feature.

Different price levels can be set-up for Happy Hour, Functions or other Promotions and these can actually be programmed on a timer, and for different days of the week.

For food service, the system can include kitchen printers and there is a Table Plan facility to make the order entry a simple task and it also informs you of which Tables are in use and which customers have had their Bill and are waiting to pay.

Orders and Deliveries can be entered through Symphony Stock Manager along with Stocktaking, and a comprehensive range of reporting is available.
