Milton Keynes College join the Symphony revolution

Milton Keynes College is the latest Further Education College to sign up for the formidable Symphony Enterprise EPOS management and Reporting solution. The system is being used across three campuses in their coffee bars and in the main restaurant at Bletchley which is open to the public and is also used in a training capacity.

The system deployed consists of Handheld Order Taking and Integrated Chip and PIN along with the new Tills, and the web based Symphony Enterprise/Reporting software, hosted by MCR. With such a myriad of new IT devices descending on them, it was important to work closely with the college IT department and with the catering team to ensure everything went smoothly with the installation and training.

When asked about the services provided by MCR Systems, Jane Drew, management accountant at Milton Keynes College commented, “ we have been very happy with the Project Management and Implementation services provided, and also with the support we have received from MCR since implementation ”.
