MCR Systems have upgraded the EPoS System at six Telefónica sites across the UK to the latest web-enabled Symphony Suite. Symphony Enterprise is at the hub of the operation, centrally managing data and providing real-time reporting for the business. At the point of sale, the latest range of SymPOS terminals have been installed, providing a robust, fast and efficient service at the front of house.
ISS Facility Services - Food and Hospitality, provide the catering and facilities management services to Telefónica’s operations centres throughout the UK, including Telefónica UK’s Head Office in Slough. ISS are taking full advantage of the intrinsic benefits of MCR’s Symphony EPoS management and reporting suite, which is the strategic solution deployed throughout their entire business.
The catering services which ISS provide for Telefónica UK includes several Staff Restaurants, Costa Coffee and Starbucks coffee shops and Convenience Stores. On average, the 20 SymPOS terminals deployed across the O2 estate record sales of 15,000 items over 7,000 transactions per day with Telefónica employees, visitors and contractors.
