ISS Education at Colchester Institute

MCR Systems are proud to have been selected by ISS Education to provide the EPOS system for their new contract with Colchester Institute. MCR already have a proven track record with ISS having worked with their Healthcare division and installed systems across the Healthcare estate to over 100 outlets.

ISS entered the UK marketplace in 1968 and has grown to become one of the world’s largest facility services providers, employing over 43,500 people and providing a full range of services from office cleaning, catering and landscaping to pest control, security and facility services management.

Colchester Institute is the largest vocational college in North Essex and the catering services operate from four different campuses across Colchester and Clacton-on-Sea. MCR have installed 11 DX915 tills across the 4 sites, and have deployed Symphony RTC-100 for full end-to-end MCR managed connectivity. At the hub of the operation at ISS head office, Symphony Enterprise, hosted by MCR, provides data management tools and real-time sales reporting and financial analysis.
