The Chill Bar Company select SymPOS

The Chill Bar Company (CBC), based in Norfolk, chose SymPOS for their brand new coffee bar business trading as Café Pure. So impressed had they been with what they saw at Caffé Culture in June 2011, they changed their plans to adopt SymPOS for their first opening in August. Despite the short lead-time, MCR were able to develop a system, which suited CBC’s requirements and the first Café Pure opened on the 22nd August at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital. The second opening followed on the 1st December at the Queensgate Shopping Centre, Peterborough and CBC is planning to open further outlets in 2012.

Tim Betts, MD, wrote, “There were two principal reasons why we chose SymPOS: first, the fact that it was a web-based system which would enable us to have live and remote access to every aspect of the operation and second, MCR’s excellent process of creating the system to one’s needs (from POS screen design, to 360 degree supply chain management) via training sessions in which we felt we were designing our own system, whilst learning how it worked. Throughout the whole process MCR’s sales; training & installation personnel have been extremely helpful and, since we went live, on the few occasions we have had to call the helpdesk, we’ve received clear and prompt guidance. Well done MCR.”
