An award winning chain of food bars, offering fresh sushi, wraps, coffee and smoothies in central London have chosen MCR Systems as their EPOS provider for their latest store at Euston.
Founded in 2004 and now with six shops, in 2010 Abokado was recognised by Hardens Restaurant Guide as being “A brilliant alternative to the lunchtime sandwich”. As they continue to expand they have selected Symphony Enterprise to help manage their business and provide up to the minute reporting across their stores.
Abokado, whose strap-line is ‘Live your life, love our food’ is the brainchild of owners Mark and Lindsay Lilley, who found inspiration to launch their business following their honeymoon in Australia. “Day in, Day out, we slurped freshly blended smoothies and gorged ourselves on takeaway sushi that wasn’t just fresh but also reasonably priced. Thinking back to our stuffy sandwich lunches in London we were inspired to bring the same fresh food and drinks back”
Abokado has now developed a loyal following for their unique range of sushi, wraps and smoothies and they will continue to grow their business by doing what they have always done, focussing on quality and service.
At Euston they have selected SymPOS at the point of sale providing a fast, efficient service with all sales data being pushed real-time to Symphony Reporting, providing a snapshot view of sales and key performance indicators at any one time.
