training sessions can be scheduled to take place on site or at our training centre.

Software as a service (SAAS) is the delivery of software as an internet-based service
via a web browser, rather than a product that must be purchased, installed and maintained.
MCR Systems provide SAAS to the hospitality industry in the form of Symphony Reporting.
The advantages are obvious: SAAS is quicker, easier and cheaper to deploy than traditional

Software Development

Training
Training is a key factor in ensuring that you get the most out of your EPOS system
and should not be an area for taking shortcuts. Staff should be confident in using
a new system, how it operates and what the benefits are, and with the right training
this confidence can be achieved and the staff will contribute to the success of
the system.
MCR Systems offer a range of training packages to suit our clients from the standard
on site training to classroom based training at our Head Office training facility.
Project Management
You will have spent a lot of time in defining your requirements for your new EPOS
system, and rightly so, but it is equally as important to know that with MCR Systems
you are working with a company with proven quality and experience in the implementation
of EPOS solutions.
MCR Systems will assign a Project Manager who will provide a project plan to ensure
that every aspect of the implementation is covered including site surveys, data
cabling, scheduling system rollouts, database builds, configuration, hot staging,
testing, commissioning and installation.
