MCR Systems have been selected by a number of companies in this sector many of whom
are operating multiple site operations. EPOS HQ or EPOS MS is used widely to manage
the sites from centre and more and more of our existing customers are also subscribing
to Symphony Reports to give them instant access to their sales information across
the estate.
Barcode scanning is available which is an obvious benefit if the majority of your
products are bar-coded at source, however, we can also provide the facility through
our back office software to produce your own barcodes. Promotions is an important
area in Retail and there are a number of different types of multi-buys that can
be implemented such as buy one get one free, or a meal deal scenario. The Symphony
Reporting software will provide detailed analysis of the performance of the promoted
items prior to the promotion, during the promotion and after the promotion. It will
also provide sales trend reports against products, for example, a comparison of
sales for each of the last four Saturdays.
Ordering, deliveries and stocktaking are available as part of the back office functionality,
with the option of our Stockgauge hand held system which is essential for stocktaking
when you carry a large number of products.
