immediately highlighting cash variances. Monetary values that are not taken at the
POS can be tracked using the banking option giving you a complete overview of revenue
and expense, eliminating the need for manual cash sheets - saving time and paperwork.
Microsoft Word and Excel can be run from within EPOS Office enabling you to edit
price lists, menus or a new keyboard layout for example, without having to leave
the package.
The homepage can be cofigured to automatically remind you of regular tasks or events
such as special promotions and functions.
Simple Database and POS Management
Initial system set-up is quick and simple, if you already have POS terminals 80%
of the data can be automatically imported from the POS. Multiple price files can
be maintained to handle promotions or future prices changes. EPOS Office provides
full POS management from the comfort of the back office.
